We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Must be able to commute to the Madison surrounding areas. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Perform upgrading and updating of apartment units during turnovers On call duties to respond to maintenance emergencies one to two weekends per month Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to travel up to 20 miles Valid Driver's License and car insurance Own a cellphone (smartphone)
