Entrepreneur seeks self motivated dynamic assistant to perform a variety of tasks 2-3 days week for 60-90 hrs per month. Two condos in same building used for offices and Chicago residence. Need a housekeeper 1-2 days week and other project tasks for another day. If you have the office skillsets will receive more hrs possibly leading to full time if you do a great job. Some flexibility as far as the schedule but generally housekeeping is done on weekly Monday schedule. Tuesdays for other tasks based on skillsets. Owner has water toys and collects cars so if you can drive and shine there is additional time keeping toys clean. Includes but not limited to cleaning, admin, cooking, errands, laundry, etc.. Must be comfortable working in a relaxed home environment. It will be just you and the owner. Free Parking provided. Vehicle not required but desired and valid driver's license with good driving record required for running errands as needed. For EX: grocery shopping, supplies, etc. Smart Phone required for timekeeping app.. We use an app.. Must be capable of following checklists. Cleaning is flat rate per unit and Hourly Wage based for additional tasks on demonstrated performance and skillsets. We provide all cleaning tools/supplies.
