The Hunt Valley Wind Ensemble welcoming new members this summer! If you used to play in band in high school and/or college, even if it’s been a while, please consider dusting off your instrument and joining us on Monday Evenings. We perform a few formal concerts a year, provide a children’s concert, and also play outdoor summer concerts around the region. We are looking for specifically PERCUSSIONISTS. Reading music is a MUST! Some other sections do have waiting lists, so please reach out prior to showing up at a rehearsal. Made up of mostly adults, responsible high school students grade 10 and up who are able to commit to weekly Monday evening rehearsals, at home practice and performances are also welcome to join! No auditions are required. Ability to play the music is by self-audition and you are trusted to make the decision whether or not the group is right for you.
