Job Summary:
We are looking for a Landscape Gardener to complete a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor area. They will oversee all properties owned by YPB LLC and Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties. This includes Residential houses, and condo complexes. This position will predominantly take place at our Residential houses at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
Responsibilities:
· Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
· Weeding and mulching landscape beds
· Removing weeds and dead plants
· Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees
· Watering gardens, lawns, and landscapes
· Conduct general maintenance duties such as cleaning walkways, steps, and other duties.
Requirements/Skills
· Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers
· Time Management
· Self-motivation
· Physical stamina
