LOCAL REALTOR and CONTRACTOR in need of bids for bank owned homes, these are vacant homes that need to be trash hauled away and misc cleaned, also need a person or crew that can mow lawns ( one of them is on 3 acres ). this is a real ad, not some bs app or whatever the latest scam was Ive seen before. FOR CLEAN OUT/ TRASH OUT : these will be by bid, i can send pictures or you can go and see the property to bid it. FOR GRASS : i can send address for a bid ( use google maps to look at out town properties) these will be up coming within the next week or so and then more in the future. what you must be to qualify !!! 1)legit business with an insurance policy, ** if you have workers they must be covered by work comp ** 2 )equipment to do the job ( truck, trailers, mowers ect ) -if you dont have this, get it and THEN contact me. 3) willing to go out of town to the home ( job site ) usually less than 1 hr out of okc. some work maybe in okc area but the 2 i have now are not.
