Hi. We are attending the LightFair trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center next week. We need a responsible and helpful person to assist us as our team bounces around the convention center producing 18-20 short videos in different exhibitor booths. ======================= HOURS & COMPENSATION ======================= Tuesday June 21 • 10:15am – 5pm • $180 payable by Venmo or CashApp at end of shift • No long lunch break, but you will have 15 min to grab a quick bite. Other quick breaks as needed. ======================= RESPONSIBILITIES ======================= • You’ll be provided a schedule and instructions. You will keep us moving to the next booth on the schedule as deemed by the schedule. • You will use your phone to call/text people if we are running ahead or behind schedule. • You will help move props and equipment from one location to another. Ability to lift 25lbs. You’ll likely either push stools on wheels or carry a 10-12lb light stand. • You will set up cones to partially block off an aisle so passersby don’t accidentally walk in front of the camera shoot. • You’ll be on your feet most of the time. Lots of walking. Our final quick video is across the street from the convention center at a nearby hotel. ======================= YOUR SKILLS & QUALITIES ======================= • Be reliable and professional. • Communicate well. • Conscientious and on-time. • “Friendly waiter/waitress” personality a plus. • You are representing our business, so no sloppy or revealing attire. Neat, unripped dark jeans are a-okay.
