Need to rehome Australian shepherd mix

Family member passed away and I cannot take care of the dog. My current living arrangements forbid dogs and I work 10-12 hour days. Need help ASAP please. Will send pictures and dog comes with a cage. Not sure exactly the breed but looks like Australian shepherd/ German Shepard mix. Dog is good with other dogs and animals. Good with my 3 year old. Good dog I just cannot keep him.
