We now hiring experienced Landscapers for landscaping maintenance and landscaping constructions projects throughout Rhode Island. Experience in using commercial mowers, weed whackers, blowers, etc is a must! Looking for Landscapers with 1+ years of Experience in All Phases of Landscaping. Experience in driving dump body trucks with equipment trailers is a plus. Candidates should be flexible and available to work extended hours when needed as well as Saturdays. MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AND PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Qualifications: 1-year minimum experience with a landscape crew using commercial landscaping equipment. Professionalism Ability to follow instructions/directions Attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to operate various tools and equipment Ability to bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions Good physical condition with an ability to lift 50 lbs. Lawn installation (sod/seed/loam) experience Mulching & Edging Mowing, Trimming, Cleanups Hardworking, dependable, & punctual Strong communication skills with crew members & customers Strong plant knowledge and ability to identify Ability to identify any potential or existing problems Trimming shrubs/hedges Mulching and edging Grading Plant installation experience & Ability to identify plants Small hardscape installations (bluestone, natural stone, pavers) experience a plus!
