Drummer looking for

I have many years of experience and play most instruments, with many many live shows. Pretty strong music theory background. I can play all the common stuff you hear cover bands play - rock, pop, country, whatever (not a jazz drummer though) I'm looking for a band where: - all members "learn" at home, not at rehearsal - all members have an equal-ish voice in song choice (given we have the talent and all agree to play the song) - we respect each other's time by being ready at rehearsal - desire to play live, now! Making money is not important to me, but I'm not into playing for free. I'm not into rehearsing for a year to do 30-40 songs. Pick 30-40 in our wheelhouse, learn them on our own and bring them together at rehearsal - and work as hard on others' songs as your own. It does mean getting out of your comfort zone now and again. :-) Maybe that's too demanding, but if you need a drummer with the above work ethic, please contact me. Thank you!
