NW Auto Collision Center Inc is looking for a Production Manager to join our team. 500 SW Grady Way Renton WA 98057 Responsibilities Plan daily collision repair production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals Run production meeting to communicate status and priorities to staff Create prioritized daily production lists for production personnel Update statuses, tech sheets and priority lists through the date, communicating any changes to the techs as soon as the need for change is known Perform in-process quality control checks at each phase to ensure company standards are being met Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays Perform final quality inspection prior to the delivery of the vehicle to the customer Maintain unity between departments through accountability and interpersonal skills Monitor process and work with staff to ensure SOPs are adhered to Ensure production staff stays on task to achieve common goals Make necessary arrangements for sublet activity Arrange pick-up and delivery of customer vehicles Develop staff by setting and communicating production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying development needs and working together to implement solutions Assist in coaching, mentoring and disciplining employees as necessary Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures Ensure employees have proper equipment and are properly trained to use it Assist in maintaining shop equipment and facility Oversee all production personnel Requirements 3-5 years of experience in shop management or senior industry experience A complete understanding of the collision repair process, and familiarity with manufacturer repair procedures Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must Comfortable operating all vehicles in tight spaces Independently motivated with a go-getter spirit Positive attitude and great work ethic with a desire to continually learn and grow Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with all personality types Valid driver's license with clean driving record Salary $100k Annual Medical & Dental after 90 Days 80/20 Employer/Employee split Two Weeks Paid Vacation after one year Three paid holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Interested?
