Seeking a full-time maintenance technician in Olympia, Washington. Applicant must have reliable transportation. This job is Monday-Friday, day shift. Job duties include but not limited to: Transport trash and waste receptacles to disposal area Manage inventory and maintain workshops and storage areas Complete repair and maintenance work orders from tenants Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants (including but not limited to: painting, patching walls, removing marks, cleaning filters, etc.) Provide general upkeep of buildings Replace light bulbs and other tasks requiring a ladder Winter maintenance, such as applying deicer and snow shoveling Basic plumbing repairs such as leaky faucets, shower heads, and toilets Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools HVAC experience preferred but not required Experience with appliance repair preferred but not required
