Requirements: Min. 4 years trade experience Min. 2 years foreman/management experience (for foreman position) Fundamental skill requirements: Reading, writing and basic math Punctual Excellent time management Ability to respectfully praise and criticize, and take criticism Active listener Team player Approachable Detail oriented Goal setter and achiever Budget and schedule driven Shares in successes and failures Problem solver - “can” mentality Comfortable with fast paced production Confidence in blueprint and plan reading Confidence in layout Competent in trade skills Equipment operation - reach fork, Aerial lifts (boom/scissor), skid steer
