Rehoming 4 year old dog to good home, needs to be only pet

I am helping my sister rehome her 4 year fixed male dog. Sam and her other dog have been fighting lately and my sister has small children so this isn't working. He is a sweetheart, but needs to be in a home with no other animals and no young children. While my sister is on vacation my dad is watching him. My Dad has a cat and the cat is trying to say hi to Sam, he is growling but not going after the cat. He probably doesn't know what a cat is. He is a homebody and hasn't had much or any socialization with other dogs. He needs to go to a home with a fenced yard because he has grown up his whole life outdoors during the day and comes in when it's feeding time and bed time. He LOVES pets and snuggle time. He would love to live with a homebody that he could follow around all day and be spoiled by. Please let me know if this sounds like a perfect fit for you.
