I need someone to help with getting a rental home ready for new tenants. The job would consist of cleaning, yardwork, paint preparation, painting, etc... The hours would be weekdays from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. I prefer someone with some construction experience but it is not really necessary. The home is located in the Overlea area; Belair Road near the 695 beltway.
