Requirements: • 1-3 years experience in selling lawn care, landscape, or horticulture background • Knowledge of weeds, disease, and grass varieties • Pass a background check and drug screen • Good written and oral communications skills is a must as you will be handling customers in person and phone sales • Maintain a professional image • Basic math and Computer skills a must • Ability to sell and support sales • Customer service oriented with attention to detail • Organization and Prioritization skills are a must Clean Driving Record Primary territory for this position will be in both Montgomery & Bucks County (Philadelphia Outskirts) West Chester Areas, knowledge of these areas a plus Compensations: • Great pay -- earn $55,000 – $85,000 yearly (combination of salary & commission) • Healthcare – 50% paid • Paid holidays and Paid Personal Time (PTO) • Paid initial and on-going training • An extremely competitive compensation package comprised of an uncapped commission program, and bonus opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate. • Company car and I-phone • Retirement plan with company matching • Great co-workers and fun work environment • Company-provided LEADS!
