6 year old pure bred Mastiff

We need to rehome our 6 year old pure bred Mastiff. We have all of his paperwork. Walter is about 140 pounds, brindle in color. He is great with adults and children. He has been with children since birth. He needs lots of room to run around. He enjoys playing with his rope toys, people watching, going for walks, running around, playing fetch, and being center of attention. He is a gentle giant !!! He is kinda clumsy which is super cute due to his size. He is house broken, knows basic commands (sit, stay, come, down and drop it). He is very smart and very obedient. He has never been around cats and we feel he would do best as the only pet in the home. He has never been aggressive with people or other dogs. We will want vert references and to complete a home visit. We will not just give him to anyone.
