In need of a maintenance person to work at several apartment complexes. Duties include, but not limited to the following: Painting, lawn mowing, snow removal, plumbing repairs, boiler repair experience is a plus, occasional cleaning, being on call and minor carpentry etc... Must have car and basic tools
