Build large front porch with roof

Hi - I recently had a contractor scope out building a porch. The porch would be on my half of the duplex and would go over the current cement steps. I have already applied for a permit and received it, its just the process took so long the original contractor is not able to do it until the end of the year. I have numerous drawings of what is needed, which are attached to this. I had planned on buying the materials (need assistance bringing them to site) and pay for the labor. Please let me know what you would charge for a job like this based on the pictures. Feel free to respond to this ad with your quote/estimate.
