Found dilute tortie cat

I live on the borderline of perry hall and nottingham. There was a collar but no tag. I'll need to know the collar pattern or what was on the collar to assume you are the owner. I may adopt her out to someone but I'd like to try to find the owner first. If you are interested in adopting know that you have to have had a cat in the past and I will want to speak to your vet. She is not getting along particularly well with my cats but they are not a friendly bunch even though they are all related so that may be them and not her. My guess is she/he is 1 to 2 years old, possibly 3.
