Description

Regular maintenance of a large (about 10,000 - 15,000 gallon) koi pond needed. Some of the fish are 25+ years old. I am willing to train the right person, but there must be a base level of understanding and some basic mechanical, gardening, environmental inclination. We could start slow with daily feedings or setting up an automatic feeder. Paid hourly at competitive rates. The fish spawn every year so once a year babies need to be netted and sold. The pond is a very fun rewarding project. The work involves backwashing the filter, cleaning 2 leaf baskets, feeding the fish, water changes and algae removal. Two local references are required.
