Part Time - Misting Technician - Now Hiring! Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00am-7:30am Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour We are currently searching for a Misting technician/Janitorial Cleaner who will assist in the fogging process for our clients. All candidates must be able to climb steps and be able to kneel, bend, reach and crawl to inspect, modify, and treat structures. Company provides Hazmat Suit and leaf blower backpack sprayer. Applicants must be willing to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Candidates must be able to take direction and follow through with instructions. Organization skills as well as good communication, interpersonal, and computer skills desired. Candidates must have reliable transportation. Responsibilities: • Cleans offices, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention. • Sweeps, mops, scrubs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs, and office space. • Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, furniture, windows, and window coverings. • Will be required to use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per LJ’s standards. • Empties trash and garbage containers. • Replenishes supplies. • May perform routine equipment cleaning. • Misting Candidates will be required to pass a criminal background screening.
