Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to join our team at Olympik Village Apartments in Rochester, MN. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas. Hours are part-time only. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Cleaning all Make Ready's/Turned units for new occupants · Daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas · Care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: · 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred · Must be detailed oriented Equal Opportunity Employer
