Found this sweet pup and have not been able to locate his owners. We are looking for his forever home so he does not go to the animal shelter. We have gotten him all of his yearly vaccines and have confirmed with the vet that he is negative for heartworms, however, he is not currently neutered. Small $20 re-homing fee to ensure he goes to a home that will take care of him.
