Description
I just received my work out plan from my pitching coach and need to start throwing regularly and often.
Looking for someone who has baseball experience to play catch with and warm up daily if possible for the next couple months as I rehab my arm and get back into baseball shape
Must be able to throw long toss a few times a week to build back my arm strength.
If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, it would be super helpful and would even consider compensating you for your time (20-30 minutes).
