This position is for someone with experience, but we will lightly train the right candidate. Our schedule varies between 4am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and some occasional Saturdays to work for special events, SUNDAYS ARE ALWAYS OFF. We are looking for a new member to be part of our team this are qualifications that we require for you to apply for this job are: 1) 3 to 5 years' experience in high volume productions at restaurants, banquets, and Caterings FOR COOKS 2) Must have a clean driver’s License record we require for you to do outside events and deliveries, you will be added to our insurance policy. 3) Willing to work independently, using your own creativity and recipes. 4) Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds since we load and unload equipment from our kitchen to the vans and to the venues. 5) Current SERV safe Certification 6) ALWAYS BE ON TIME 7) Must be a problem solver and be able to work quickly. 8) Must have good attitude and be a team player. 9) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. 10) Be able to deliver and set up caterings, we will train you to do this. 11) Knife skills is a must. 12) Bilingual is preferred but not necessary (Spanish) 13) No drugs or alcohol problems. We do not prefer to read resumes. We would rather see you in the kitchen and prove the skills you have. Holidays, special events and /or vacation coverage may require a 6-day work week at times. *Salary is based on work experience and food knowledge. *Bonus and Gratuity are granted based on performance and catering sales. *One week of paid vacation after 13 months of working with us (Full time employees only) *Complementary Lunch and/or breakfast depending on the hours we work, sometimes you can even take food for the family. *Major Holidays OFF *Position is Monday-Saturday with Sundays off Looking forward to meeting and hearing from you Weekends off Holidays off.
