Full Time Housekeeper with Nanny Duties needed

We are a family of 5, with a 15 YO, 11 YO, and 9 YO, in need of a housekeeper Monday-Friday from 10-4 (this is very negotiable). We have a cat, chickens, Dogs, and a big house. We just need to be able to enjoy ourselves and our kids instead of having to deal with the day to day needs of the home that currently take up all of our downtime. The position will require great organizational skills to get the home in better shape, and will then transition into more of a housekeeping position, while maintaining and adding organization as needed. Must be good around kids, as our kids will be home with mom most days. If you and he get along, this could also be a childcare position for extra hours, if desired, down the road. Reliable vehicle is a bonus in case of any errands that may come up. Duties will include: Keeping the house clean and organized (4000+ square feet) -Washing dishes -Laundry - Washing, Drying, Folding, & putting away -Making beds, & stripping/washing as needed -Cleaning bathrooms -Dusting -All basic household chores -Etc Garden Help in the summer dinner prep 3 days a week Benefits and Pay: $20-23 per hour based on experience Weekly pay on Fridays Holidays off Very accommodating schedule.
