Description
Looking for a property manager for an Airbnb property - 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate/work with our cleaners or either have a cleaning service that they work with that takes care of laundry, linens, housekeeping and cleaning in between guest stays
- Checking/quality control of the home after cleaning to make sure that everything is presentable for the guests
- Communicate with me to let me know if there needs to be repairs scheduled, a re-order of supplies - kitchenware, lightbulbs, toilet paper, laundry detergent, soap, etc.
- Be on location when shipments/deliveries are made to the house and place in appropriate storage space
- Will work with me to be the on-site coordinator for cleaning/any interior or exterior house maintenance
- Putting out trash/recycling on designated days, putting the trash/recycling bins back in storage
- Checking inventory in between guest stays
- Trustworthy, dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work and communicates well and has an entrepreneurial mindset
- If something is overlooked by the cleaning crew, letting them know what was missed, willing to get their hands dirty and attend to what the cleaning crew missed
- Attention to detail and an interest in interior design, keeping things orderly in the home
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Flexible work schedule, since it will depend on guest/cleaning schedule
- Excellent time management and scheduling
- Preferably lives within 5 minutes from Palisades Park, NJ
- Must have 2 references and/or related experience
- Understands and speaks Spanish is a plus!
- Able to lift 40lbs, if needed
- Have a car, preferably
