Description

We are looking for capable screen printers with several years of shop experience. Ability to setup, run, and teardown print jobs on automatic M&R screen printing presses. If you have experience operating M&R automatic presses please mention that when you contact us General knowledge of shop terms such as mesh count, squeegee pressure & durometer, ink viscosity, and ink opacity. Ability to set-up & print an acceptable test sample in an efficient manner. Ability to properly cure a variety of fabrics without damaging or scorching. Understanding of how to efficiently print jobs and meet deadlines while maintaining a high quality standard. Ability to load and unload garments accurately and at a fast rate.- Awareness of what is on the daily and weekly print schedule. Ability to show up on time and commit to a print schedule. Ability to carry/lift at least 40 lbs Ability to interact effectively with team members to fulfill daily tasks and successfully complete print jobs. (2-5) years of experience operating BOTH manual and automatic presses Experience reclaiming screens Experience counting and shipping shirts We're looking for a fulltime M-F 7am-3;30pm printer.
