Field Technician

Description

Duties and responsibilities would include but not be limited too: - Gathers samples at specified locations, stages of processing, and time interval - Samples are collected, usually in 25-50lb increments, from a wide variety of industries, and include coal, coke, soil, stone, water, metals, etc. - Delivers samples to laboratory for analysis - Help prepare samples (reduce, mix, crush, sort, dry, pulverize, weigh, and log-in) for laboratory analysis What is required to have: - High school Diploma or equivalent - Valid driver's license - Performs field and lab tasks exerting up to 50 pounds of force - Willing to work outdoors and early morning shifts
