Office Administrator/Case Manager/Customer Service Specialist Best In Class well established collateral recovery team and company in the Columbia area is seeking a full-time office administrator/case manager and customer service specialist. Some responsibilities Include but are not limited to: • Manage incoming phone calls and incoming e-mail correspondence from both clientele and customers. • Create and update records in specialized computer databases with specialized industry-based software systems. Experience with RDN, Clearplan and others a plus but not necessary. • Effectively interact and support team of field recovery personnel to maximize production and assist with day to day operations in helping to locate delinquent collateral. • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and procedures. • Enter, track and process assignments from clientele and monitor daily processes and update on daily progress accordingly. • Compute and accurately enter billing invoices and manage some payroll functions of staff members in the field. • Support other team members in managing day to day operations. Job Requirements: • Must be punctual, on-time and daily attendance is must Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00. • Excellent organizational and leadership skills. • Outstanding and effective communication and interpersonal skills and abilities. • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles. • Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role. • Ability to learn specialized online based software systems. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/Outlook. • High School diploma and office administrative or general management experience preferred. • Team player with ability to adapt and improvise as needed.
