Job Requirements/Expectations MUST HAVE Transportation Valid Driver License Expectations: Punctuality Must be able to be on time to jobs and able to stay until job is completed 3 Tardies (more than 15 minutes late) result in temporary reduced pay. Good Communication Must have a reliable phone number and phone that we can call to communicate meeting time and locations. Be straightforward If you need to call off or take time off let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly Be able to follow instructions from the crew leaders and the customer If the customer asks you for something specific make sure to let everyone on the crew know so there is less friction
