Must be able to be on time to jobs and able to stay until job is completed
3 Tardies (more than 15 minutes late) result in temporary reduced pay.
Honesty
We have a STRICT ANTI-THEFT POLICY. Theft of any customer or company property will be met with immediate termination and filing of criminal charges.

Be sure that everyone is working together to fulfill the customer's needs.
Everyone should be doing equal work, no one crew member should be doing all of the heavy lifting or walking backwards.
Good Communication
Must have a reliable phone number and phone that we can call to communicate meeting time and locations.
Be straightforward
If you need to call off or take time off let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly
Be able to follow instructions from the crew leaders and the customer
If the customer asks you for something specific make sure to let everyone on the crew know so there is less friction
