Description

Rhodesian-Shepard mix, Rocky, available to a great home. He is roughly 18 months old, about 100 pounds, and should not get bigger height wise but will likely put on a bit more weight as he is an adolescent. We absolutely adore him. We rescued him as a puppy and while we love him dearly, with another large dog and 3 kiddos in the house we can't give him the life he needs. He is happy here, but we spend summers out on the trails and camping and he quite literally won't fit in the jeep with the rest of us with how big he has gotten. (He has camped with us when he was younger and did so well!) He is super friendly with other dogs, people, and littles. He is big and an adolescent, and while he knows not to jump unless commanded, he is still big enough to knock a small kiddo over while playing. Our 6 year old doesn't get knocked over anymore but used to and our 9 and 11 year olds are in great company around him. He is 100% house trained(will talk-not bark- to you to go outside), knows basic commands, has mostly good manners, and lives to be loved. He is treat and affection motivated, so he is relatively easy to teach new commands to. We want someone to love him as much as we do, so we would love to meet you and see how yall interact.
