Traffic Control Technician/Flagger

We are looking for a Traffic Control Technician to join our team. Established construction company is looking for a reliable, full time Flagger to assist our traffic control crews in the field. 40+ Hours a week. Schedule typically Monday through Friday, nights and weekends as needed. Our flaggers play an essential role in keeping our employee owners and general public safe within and around the construction area. Flaggers are responsible for maintaining traffic flow around and through the designated construction zones. • Support project as Flagger as needed to create a safe work area. • Set-up signs, cones, etc. around work areas to divert traffic • Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment ( work boots, hard hat and safety vest) • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures • Complete daily paperwork accurately • Work well in a team environment • Provide highest level of customer service to all customers • Must be able to communicate to contractor employees, co-workers and supervisors effectively and manage truck inventory and job site materials and paperwork • Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, good work ethic • All other duties as assigned Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) plans with company match Qualifications: • Pass a drug test • Must have a valid ID • Traffic Control experience a plus
