Lost Cell during biking Sun 5/29 night 11:30ish near Navy Pier. May of been picked up by Taxi pedal bikers or riders on them.Hard rock music writer looking to form a band. I will be playing lead guitar. Please check out the audio in the link that follows the message. If you like it let me know, if you don't like it let me know. I'm cool with everything. I would like to find others who write but if you don't it's not a deal breaker. I play everything here, which is fine for me, but sometimes it can be tricky to leave places for the singer to sing. I have been writing music for many years and I usually write with a singer but since I moved here three years ago I have not been able to find anyone. Everybody wants to be in cover bands. How many venues can their possibly be to have all of these cover bands playing? Thanks for reading. BTW I usually write in a much more riff oriented style than this one but I really need a singer to collaborate with me when writing riff-based music, for obvious reasons. Also, don't worry about your chops. I am pretty good but I'm am no virtuoso. Here is the link: Solid singer guitarist, harmonica player, drummer all with plenty of pro experience, need a bass player that knows his music, learns fast and loves to play the rowdy music...no lame ass pop bro country. Shoot me an email, I'll send you a set list and we'll talk by phone about it further. Please only Bemidji area players only. It's hard to coordinate rehearsal and gig dates with people too far out of town and gigs around here just don't pay enough to make a lot of travel worthwhile for you. I regularly play just to stay on top of my hobby but would like to make it an income-generator as a part time job. Influences include Rush drummer Neil Peart, however I’m definitely aware and open to playing more along the lines of Top 40, Top Pop and other audience favorites in order to make it work. Generally speaking I understand you’re not going to get regular shows playing covers of one specific group such as Dave Matthews, 311, The Doors or any one band… audiences like to dance and enjoy variety… basically music they’ve heard on the radio, at parties, etc.
