Covid19 brought separation BUT we will always conquer together!!! With the our previous success to January Ignite Your Life events, we felt the obligation to offer some NEW YEAR's inspiration. Resolutions are as valuable as the time and effort invested in creating them. With my medical practice and the Endorphine Effect's success rate at changing lives, the design of a sustainable weight control, blood pressure lowering, diabetes reversing new years wish can be effectively attained. In many cases, when change is intiated as a group, the chances of getting to goal are higher as there is collective strength in numbers. Even with the vaccines being released in 2021, there is no guarantee in timing the end of the Covid19 pandemic. The only guarantee is if we do not plan alternatives to finding exercise, maintaining immune boosting nutrition, decreasing ALL pre-existing medical conditions...we will be straying away from herd protection into a completely vulnerable state.
