Learn how to make delicious baked items from scratch. You will learn how to take base recipes and change them into many different varieties. You’ll bake in the state-of-the-art Baking Lab at the Truax campus to create your own tasty treats! Explore careers in the baking industry, such as baker, cake decorator and more. We are working with area companies to get sponsors for students. You will be notified, if you need to pay for camp prior to the start of camp. If required to pay, please bring check payable to Madison College or exact cash to first day of camp.
