We’ll make A classic Chicago stuffed pizza from start to finish, we’ll talk about flour, the yeast you're using – water temperature – you get it, full on nerd out on pizza Then we’ll make our dough – talk about rolling dough in a pan and filling and baking in a home oven and a Breville tabletop pizza oven. You will leave with a pizza of your own and all the knowledge and equipment you need to make your own Chicago Stuffed Pizza at home! Each student will receive a deep dish pan and ingredients to make your own pizza at home! Work from a classic recipe for authentic Italian pizzaClasses are roughly 3 hours, unless otherwise notedThis class will be conducted in our demonstration kitchen and will use pizza stonesWine, beer and Soft drinks are for sale (sorry, no BYOB)Students receive a 10% to shop before or after class ***Masks need to be worn at all times other than eating or drinking*** Cancellation Policy: We require that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will offer you a credit to your account if you cancel after the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will lose the payment for the class.
