The significance of maintaining health, wellness, and mindfulness manifests in our every day lives. Current events, meanwhile, have truly shown us the importance of community and service. On this International Yoga Day, please join Casa Vinyasa in highlighting these values! For our second annual market event, we've partnered with Unseen Creatures Brewery and Ad Astra Co. to offer an evening of festivities that serves to recognize the unifying and healing powers of yoga. There will be a variety of local vendors to shop and connect with, as well as a 45-Minute Power Vinyasa Vibes Class taught by Casa Vinyasa's co-owners, Melissa and Lizzy. There will also be food and beer to enjoy after the fact. So grab your mats and come along! ******************************************************************************************************************* Please note that all proceeds will go towards Glory House of Miami, a non-profit organization dedicated to restoring the lives of those who have suffered the abuse and exploitation of sex trafficking.
