Monica Schley will be playing a mix of instrumentals and original songs. Join us! Multi-instrumentalist Monica Schley is a classically-trained harpist. She has been a mainstay on the Seattle arts scene for two decades, and has worked with artists such as Jherek Bischoff, Secret Chiefs 3, Eyvand Kang, Ahamefule Oluo, Hey Marsailles, Seattle Rock Orchestra and Kanye West. As a songwriter, Monica composes for her band, The Daphnes, which draws from folk, jazz, classical, Indian raga and classic rock sounds. Monica is a Certified Clinical Musician, playing in hospitals and hospice, and she has been hired by notable corporations (Dropbox, REI, Seattle Genetics) for sound healing events.
