We own two rentals in the Redlands area-- one by the University of Redlands, the other on Eureka Street up from the library. We have had these rentals for many years and may be handing them off to a property management company. However, if we can find an economical, reliable handyman who ideally lives in Redlands or close by, we may decide to keep managing them ourselves. If you'd like to be our handyman, please be experienced, reliable and economical and send us the items requested below. If we choose you, in return, we'll be a reliable and steady source of work for you. You'll need to know light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and have a good overall capacity to fix things.
