Full time position Monday thru Friday
2-3 years experience in apartment complexes
Duties:
Prepare complex for annual inspections
Respond to residents service request and concerns in timely manner
Performs on-call emergency service as required
Perform appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, pool, custodial, and carpentry work as necessary
Ensures exterior curb appeal of community, cleanliness of grounds, laundry room, daily pool/spa maintenance, recreation area, rental office, restrooms, and common areas.
