We are looking for a candidate to fill a position as a delivery driver. We are a family owned and operated dairy company which specializes in yogurt and yogurt based products for the Middle Eastern Markets. We are based in the LA area and have a sales staff that services the greater LA area, Riverside and San Diego area. Armenian and or Persian (Farsi) speakers are preferred, but not necessary. Essential job responsibilities are: · Make deliveries to all customers professionally and in a timely manner. · Keep accounts on your route up to date and accurate · Deliver orders on time on defined routes · Obey traffic laws at all times · Keep truck neat, clean, and fueled. · Report any mechanical problems with the vehicle · Help loading and unloading the delivery van · Put forth a positive image of the company through behavior, appearance and performance. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: · Must have basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) · Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing · Must be able to instructions closely and correctly · Must be able to work well in teams Experience and Education: · Valid Class C California Driver’s License · Must have a clean driver’s record Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.50 per hour
