Yard maintenance throughout year as needed - sprinklers, shrub removal

I own a home that has a large tree in the back that has branches that have fallen and I need help removing the branches. This will require a pickup truck or trailer I believe. I’d like help maintaining the sprinklers for the grass. One is broken and I’m sure others need maintenance. I have someone that will mow so that is not needed at this time. I would also like the branches trimmed that are by the power lines. However I do not want to assume liability for using ladders, so if you are not licensed/ insured I would prefer to hire a company for actually trimming the tree.
