We are a local real estate investment company looking for Drivers to locate distressed properties in certain neighborhoods. We use a cloud based application to make this job extremely easy. Drivers are expected to drive during daylight (not raining) and avoid school bus drop off/pick up. Drivers would be expected to pull over, snap a photo of the property, enter in 3-5 pieces of information all while obeying traffic laws. Compensation is paid based on # of properties located. Must be 18 years of age, valid drivers license and be willing to sign a waiver. Perfect for a college student looking to pick up hours without a strict schedule!
