I am in need of some assistance moving some heavy exercise equipment, a refrigerator, and other items from one location to another. They will all need to be loaded on a trailer and moved carefully to another location. I also need assistance loading a number of items on a trailer and taken to the Salvation Army to have those items donated. This is a job that might last more than one day and it requires an ability to lift heavy objects, listen to instructions, and also an ability to be kind and helpful around others.
