Full Job Description: Supervising crew on job sites during mitigation of water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. REQUIRED: Driver's License with good MVR REQUIRED: Ability to perform water damage mitigation per established processes and written protocols Be respectful and courteous to all clients Follow all local, state and federal safety laws, policies and guidelines Be able to pass a background check and be able to legally work in the US Fluent in written and oral English Able to lift at least 75 pounds; Medium/heavy - exert force 20 - 100 lbs. frequently or 10 - 40 lbs. constantly. May involve significant stand/walk/push/pull. Physical Demands: Occasional climbing (including ladders), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, handling and crawling. Able to work in various temperatures while dawning proper ppe. Minimum 5 years experience in water and mold restoration. IICRC Certification- WRT (required), ASD a plus Flexible hours required. Must be able to work after hours and weekends. Will be required to be on a rotating on call schedule Must have reliable transportation to the office, a valid driver's license and have a clean DMV record Must have good customer service skills and make a good first impression Positive attitude, TEAM PLAYER Maintains a professional, neat, and clean appearance Performs basic truck, equipment and building maintenance.
