LIVE workshop and collaboration with Seamist & Ashley DeLauro! Let's get sweaty, cheers with some FIZZ, network with some amazing women & pamper ourselves with cool sculpting. Seamist Meets SoulFITSisters Agenda: 11:00 am - 11:15 am: check-in 11:15am - 11:45 am: live workout hosted by Ashley DeLauro (all levels of fitness welcomed, I give modifications for all exercises and movements). 11:45 am - 12:15: workshop: Seamist will be going over CoolSculpting and other services they provide at their med spa. Ashley DeLauro will also will have a table with the health and wellness company she works for. Ashley will give a brief overview of Arbonne nutrition products and standards. 12:15 pm - 12:45 pm: GIVEAWAY games!!! There will be multiple games being played in order for attendees to win some amazing GIVEAWAYS! 12:45 pm- 1:30: Networking, mimosa's, small bites and mingling. p 2:00 pm Departure We're hosting this event as an opportunity to bring women together and help you realize that YOU have the power within you to change your life and your body...it just starts with one step forward.
