Need dirt removed and hauled away

JFK Blvd near Bowers, Jersey City NJ

Description

I need a top layer of dirt removed from a 3x8 area. I'd like to remove approximately 12 inches from the top layer. Two small shrubs also need to be removed. All removed material should be hauled away (including 3 bags that I have already dug out).
