Description

A law enforcement agency has been using a surveillance device which is causing heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, and a burning sensation on the skin. I’m looking for someone with knowledge of the latest and most advanced surveillance technology. I’m thinking it’s something in the electromagnetic field, or microwave.
