Join Rita & Collette for a very special, deep inner workshop to awaken and release energy that is trapped in the womb space. Doing this sacred work in a community of other women is exactly what we need to support the rise of the Divine Feminine in all of us. Come, join us, bring your friends & your sisters, and get ready for a deep, intentional journey through the body and beyond. We will start with introductions and then move into some gentle movement and breathwork to start activating the energy. We will then drop into a guided meditation and a Reiki & Energy Portal circle. Afterwards, we will have some light snacks and share. Come ready to laugh, cry, feel, express, be seen and held. Come open to love.
